    We take safety of our customers very seriously. We sanitize the vehicle after each trip. We make sure that our drivers wear masks. We encourage passengers to wear mask and can provide upon requests.
  • What are your working hours?
    We are available 24/7 with online booking options. Call us any time if you have any questions regarding rates or bookings.
  • Is there a minimum number of hours reservation required?
    Yes, Any time before 5pm there is a 3 hours minimum any day of the week. In some cases we require a 4 hour minimum. Special holidays and Prom season may require a 6 hour minimum.
  • What types of vehicle and service you provide?
    We have fleet for your travel needs. We have Sedans, SUVs, stretch limos and party buses
  • Do you provide Meet and Greet service?
    Definitely yes. For DFW airport and Love Fields airport, our friendly drivers will be waiting for you at baggage claim with a sign of your name on it.
  • How reservation is made on the website?

  • How will I get driver’s information before reservation time?
    You will recieve a text message or email with their name and number the day before your reservation starts.
  • What is standard for gratuity?
    We charge industry standard 15%gratuity. For your convenience, we add on our suggested amount to all reservations. This recommended gratuity may be increased at your discretion.
  • What is included in transportation booking?
    You will get complimentary ice, bottled water, cups, and premium napkins. We also have panels for complete control of music, and an auxiliary cord is provided as well.
  • How to pay for the service?
    While making the reservation, your credit/debit card will required for deposit. We also accept cash for final payment.
  • Why do you need my credit card information if will pay in cash?
    Valid Credit Card is required for all reservations.We get credit card information to eliminate customer no shows and so that our vehicle does not remain held for somebody who doesn’t actually intend to rent a limousine. It is also required for deposits.
