It’s true that girls are 6 times less likely than boys to become leaders. Our leadership team along with our Lady General Ambassadors, we aim to reduce this number by delivering motivating and valuable knowledge during our summer camp.

Once per quarter the women of The Lady General Foundation hosts a group of ten women for an intamet afternoon of networking. The purpose of this brunch is to close the gap between women who have risen and women who are on the rise.

 The Blueprints and Toolboxes curriculum is the most requested for summits to date. The nuts and bolts of it provide a 540 degree way of strategic and critical thinking skills. The method was developed by K.C. Fox of which she states is the secret sauce to success.
